Arabian Nights

Middle Eastern culture, activities, potluck lunch set for parents, children

An opportunity to learn a little about Arabic culture, music and food is on tap this month for Harvard Club parents and their children.

Children will be able to try on Arabic clothes, play musical instruments and receive a quick lesson on the Arabic language. The Arabian Nights event, sponsored by Multicultural Mothers, will include a potluck lunch.

The co-hosts for the Sept. 28 event, which will run from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., are Cynthia Wright, Mohamed Ahmad and Amy Abulatta. Contact Amy at amyabulatta@gmail.com for the location and what to bring to the potluck.
