Harvard scholar will discuss how second-rate performance hurts nation's ability to compete in a global economy
Harvard government professor Paul Peterson, a co-author of Endangering Prosperity – A Global View of the American School, will speak in Sacramento March 6. The talk at the Crocker Art Museum will begin at 5 p.m.
