Book club will discuss "Bailout" by Neil Barofsky

"Bailout" by New York prosecutor Neil Barofsky will be discussed at the book club's meeting Jan. 9.
The book takes a look at the government's bailout of the nation's big banks. It explores how policy gets translated into action as it passes through the politically frought meat grinder of the government bureaucracy, in this case the Treasury Department.
The meeting will be at the Wonderful Chinese Restaurant, 7042 Sylvan Rd
Citrus Heights.  It starts at 6:30 p.m.
