Children's Museum Excursion
Art and science combine for a unique young children's field trip.
The HCS Parents' Club is planning an expedition to the Sacramento Children's Museum in Rancho Cordova on Sunday, February 26, from 2-5 p.m. The museum is featuring a "Biodegradable Bead" project in the Art Studio. Young children up to age 8 will learn how to create art in harmony with the environment. (Older kids are welcome, but the project definitely aims at younger children.) Budding artists can also express their creativity on the glass painting wall. The cost is only $7 per person. Bring your own snacks.
