Beer Tasting at Robert Mondavi Institute for Food and Wine Science, UC Davis

Spend an enjoyable afternoon touring UC Davis' new brewery and beer tasting facility. On Saturday, May 26th, Dr. Charles Bamforth, Endowed Professor of Malting and Brewing Sciences, will give us a tour of the brewing facilities and an informative (and humorous!) talk about All Things Beer. We'll also taste several types of beer, accompanied by appropriate appetizers. Should be fun!

- Time: 2-4 p.m.
- Location: Robert Mondavi Food and Wine Institute, 392 Old Davis Road. Meet in the Institute's central Good Life Garden area.
- Parking: Mondavi Center parking garage
- Tickets: $25. Please pay by cash or check on site. Check to Charles Bamforth.
- Lunch: You might want to enjoy lunch at one of Davis' interesting restaurants before our program. For restaurant tips, call Barbara Drushell at 530-753-5730.
