How new arena will reshape Sacramento
City Councilman Steve Hansen will speak on big changes coming to the city's downtown and midtown areas as the new sports and entertainment center takes shape.
Sacramento City Councilman Steve Hansen will be the featured guest at the club’s Speakers Series event Aug. 26. Hansen will talk about the revitalization drive in downtown Sacramento as the new Kings arena takes shape, and exciting changes expected in both the downtown and midtown areas.
Hansen has represented Sacramento’s 4th Council District since 2012. His district includes the midtown and downtown neighborhoods, Land Park, and River Oaks communities. He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and has a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Gonzaga University.
