Join us for the Club’s first post-COVID, in-person Book Group discussion. In keeping with preferences expressed through our Book Group survey, we’ll alternate between fiction and nonfiction choices. The Book Group’s October choice is a nonfiction, Times and New York Times Book of the Year 2022 — WHEN MCKINSEY COMES TO TOWN: The Hidden Influence of the World’s Most Powerful Consulting Firm, by Walt Bogdanich and Michael Forsythe, two New York Times reporters who argue that the legendary firm has accrued an inordinate amount of influence chasing profits at the expense of moral principle.
