Harvard Club of Sacramento Annual Election for Club Board Positions - COMING SOON!
As we do annually, all official Members of the Harvard Club of Sacramento may nominate and/or vote for Board officers of the Harvard Club of Sacramento for the coming calendar year. Elected positions currently contemplated are those of President; Treasurer; Secretary; two Events/Programs Chairs; Communications Chair; Webmaster/AlumniMagnet Portal Manager; and Past-President.
- To prepare for the Annual Election, please mark your calendars -
1. The Club's Nominating Committee will publish this year's proposed slate of Club Board officers by Saturday, November 22, 2025.
2. To nominate individuals not on the proposed slate, any two Members must do so via email to the Club (Attention: 2025 Nominating Committee), by no later than Monday, December 8, 2025. Please provide in the email -- for each nominee -- the name; affiliation and year with Harvard; general information and interest; skills sets; and any other relevant information.
3. This year's Annual Election period is from Sunday, December 14, 2025 through Saturday, December 20, 2025. To cast your ballot, please plan to email HarvardClubofSacramento@gmail.com in that election period, indicating either a "Yes" or "No" to the proposed slate (to be futher updated by then as appropriate).
